A lot of developers give much better rates than banks or other financial services do. Investing your money in property in Phuket can be done with a guaranteed return of 6 – 8 % and this for several years. Sometimes we have a developer that offers 10%, sometimes we even have a guaranteed return for 20 years.
Guaranteed Returns: how does it work?
When you buy a condominium and the developers offers you a fixed guaranteed percentage for several years, you can be sure to have a great deal. Every year you will get that percentage on your bank account and after the agreed period, you can extend, utilise the buy back option or chose for a rental pool.
Buy back option
A buy back option is the promise that the developer will buy the property back for the same initial investment. If you have a guaranteed return and a buyback option, you have the best deal on the market. There is almost no risk involved and you are sure of making money with your investment.
