Asa Marsh nominated for Personality of the Year 2026
Big news from the Easy Living Phuket office. Our Managing Director, Asa Marsh, is a nominee for Personality of the Year 2026 at the Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards.
He is one of 22 names on the ballot, and this year the winner is decided by vote. Voting is open now and runs until 6pm Bangkok time on 8 October 2026. The winner is revealed live on stage that same night.
We couldn’t be prouder. And we would love your support, so cast your vote for Asa today.
What the nomination recognises
Personality of the Year honours the individual who has done the most to lead and lift Thai real estate. The award looks for leadership and integrity, a real contribution to the industry, respect among peers and a commitment to raising standards.
Asa’s nomination celebrates more than 10 years in Thailand’s real estate industry, and his push for professionalism, education and transparency. It recognises the network of specialists he has built through Easy Living Phuket to help international buyers make confident, informed property and relocation decisions.
It also shines a light on something close to our hearts. Asa created a paid internship programme for young Thai people. Our interns get hands on experience in research, content creation and digital media, and their work helps international audiences understand property and life in Thailand and across Asia.
It’s a proud return to the Dot Property stage, too. In 2018, Easy Living Phuket was named among the Top 10 Real Estate Agencies in Southeast Asia at the Dot Property Awards.
Leading the conversation on LTR
Few topics bring more international buyers to our door than Thailand’s Long Term Resident visa, the LTR. It is a 10 year residency framework with real qualifying criteria, and for the right buyer, property can play a part in meeting them. LTR qualifying property is one of the four categories we specialise in, and Asa has made explaining the programme properly a personal mission.
That work has put him in front of a global audience. Earlier this year, British property investor and educator Samuel Leeds bought a freehold condominium near Bang Tao, and his post about qualifying for the LTR through the Wealthy Global Citizen route sparked a debate online. Asa sat down with him on camera in Phuket to go through the whole picture: the property, the visa, the tax position and the order they should come in.
It is one of a growing number of collaborations between Asa and international investors and business owners who want a straight answer on Thailand. Each one takes clear, accurate information to people who are making big decisions, and it brings serious international buyers to Phuket.
