Easy Living Phuket Named Best Boutique Agency Thailand 2026
On 8 October 2026, at the Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards in Bangkok, Easy Living Phuket was named Best Boutique Agency Thailand.
I’d like to start with a thank you. To our team, who carry every client from the first conversation to the keys and well beyond. To our clients, for trusting us with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. And to Dot Property Group and the Thai Real Estate Brokers Association, who organised the awards and selected the winners.

Where Easy Living Phuket Started
We founded Easy Living Phuket in 2016, in Pa Klok, Thalang. Two years later we were named a Top 10 Real Estate Agency in Southeast Asia at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2018.
By then we had grown fast. We had dozens of offices across the island and more than 50 people on the team.
Since then the business has evolved into something smaller and more focused. Today we work as a family office.
What Boutique Means for Our Clients
Boutique describes how we work. A client who comes to us for a property also has a legal process to complete, often a visa to arrange, insurance to put in place and a family to settle into a new country. We bring all of that under one roof, with people we know and trust.
Every Thai member of our team, in sales and back office alike, holds an insurance licence before they join. That keeps the standard high across the whole business, and it means the person you speak to understands more than the property alone.
Our focus is on four areas: branded residences, gateway properties for first time buyers, sea view and beachfront homes, and property that qualifies for Thailand’s Long Term Resident visa. These are the areas where we have the deepest knowledge, and where we can add the most for an international buyer.
Best Boutique Agency Thailand, and the Night in Bangkok

This was only the second edition of the Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards, and more than 30 agencies from across the country were recognised. It was a strong night for Phuket in particular, with island firms and island people collecting several of the top honours.
Congratulations to Norbert Witthinrich on Personality of the Year 2026. That award is voted for by the industry, and more than 30 years in Phuket real estate is a career worth celebrating. Congratulations as well to every winner on the night.
Mr Prawit Anusiri, President of the Thai Real Estate Brokers Association, opened the evening by talking about honesty and integrity, and about good, transparent deals for every client. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and I’m glad to hear it set so clearly from the stage.

What Comes Next
For us, the award is a reason to keep doing the same work, with the same care. Phuket continues to draw families, investors and entrepreneurs from all over the world, and each of them deserves a team that looks after the whole picture.
If you’re thinking about a move to Phuket, an investment on the island or a Long Term Resident visa, I’m always happy to start with a conversation. You can get in touch with me directly, or reach the team at easylivingphuket.com.
